About Me
You're training. You're eating well. You're trying.
And yet something isn't shifting.
Your body doesn't reflect the effort. Your energy is inconsistent. Food takes up more mental space than you'd like to admit.
You're not doing it wrong. You're just missing the full picture.

I spent years doing exactly what you're doing now.
Eating as little as possible. Training as hard as I could. Convinced that if I just pushed harder, eventually it would click. I was sometimes eating one meal a day and still couldn't understand why my body wasn't responding the way I expected.
The turning point wasn't a plan or a program. It was a moment of noticing. My body was changing in ways I hadn't chosen, and not in the direction I wanted. Something I'd always felt quietly confident about was gone. And I realised the approach I'd been taking wasn't working. It was working against me.
So I stopped guessing and started learning. How the body actually responds to restriction. What women actually need to eat to build strength and see change. How training for burn is completely different from training for results.
I went from one meal a day to eating more than I ever had. And my body changed more in that period than it had in the previous four years of restriction.
That's what I now help women do.
What Changed?
My Story
Learning how the body actually works changed everything.
Not just for my physique. For my relationship with food, with training, with myself. I stopped fighting my body and started working with it. The restriction fell away not because I forced it, but because I understood why it was keeping me stuck.
That education became the foundation of how I coach. I'm Level 4 qualified in nutrition, and trained specifically in women's health, menstrual health, pre and post-natal care. But the qualifications sit on top of lived experience.
I know what it feels like to be in the cycle you're in.
I know the thoughts, the patterns, the mental weight of it.
That combination is what makes the approach different.

What I Stand On
A few things I won't move on:
Women don't need more restriction. They need to understand what their body actually requires.
Strength builds better bodies than calorie cutting ever will.
Food freedom isn't about having no standards. It's about not fighting yourself at every meal.
Fitness should fit into your life and elevate it. Not compete with it, consume it, or punish you for living it.
The goal is never a quick result you can't maintain. It's lifelong autonomy over your body, your food, and your health.
Who I Work With
You've trained before. You've dieted before. More than once.
You know what protein is. You track, or you have done. You show up to the gym consistently. On paper, you're doing the right things.
But your energy crashes in the afternoon. Food occupies more headspace than you'd like. You're controlled during the day and then something shifts in the evening. You reset on Monday more than you want to admit.
You're not lazy. You're not broken. You're underfuelled and under-supported, and you've been told that doing more is the answer when actually it isn't.
You're capable in every other area of your life. This is the one place it hasn't clicked yet.
That's exactly who I work with.
What Working With Me Looks Like
This isn't a plan you follow for twelve weeks and then figure out alone.
It's personalised coaching that covers your training, your nutrition, your mindset, and how it all fits into the life you actually have. Not a version of your life with fewer commitments and more time.
The real one.
We start by removing what's keeping you stuck. Then we build the foundations. Then we move into real, sustainable body recomposition, with the strength, energy, and food freedom to back it up.The women I work with stop resetting every Monday. They go on holiday and come back without drama. They eat out, they enjoy it, and they move on. Their body starts to reflect the effort they've always been putting in.
